RETURN and / or EXCHANGE: IT IS SIMPLE

We accept return shipments and / or exchange (for whatever reason) within 14 days after you have received the shipment. Some restrictions apply and that is why we refer you to the return conditions below. If you proceed to return an item, download the return form via the link at the bottom of this page.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

The costs for returning are for your own account. You use the address below for this:

We offer a refund of the purchase amount (and the freight costs, if the full shipment is returned) on items that are returned in perfect condition within 14 days after the date of receipt with proof of purchase and return form to our postal address. This means that the items must be unused and, as far as possible, packaged in the original packaging with attached card or sticker. The one-off fitting of clothing or shoes is not considered as use.

Refund will be credited to the original bank account number that was used for the purchase.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We will accept return shipments of defective items as long as they were purchased through our company at www.rucanor.com less than a year ago and our inspectors from the return department confirm that the material is defective or a manufacturing defect. We kindly request you to state the problem on the return form with the shipment.If you have purchased shoes, clothing or accessories from an authorized dealer, you should contact them.We trust to offer a suitable service.
